Removal of Word Additional Character Format
Some people like to experiment with various character appearances in their edited documents, such as bold, italic, underline, and even hollow, yin, yang, and so on.
This is against the principles of professional character typography. In the principle of professional character typesetting, the font and style of the text will be limited to a very limited variety.
If you want to remove these additional character formatting, you don’t have to search and correct one by one, Word provides shortcut keys for this. However, it should be noted that there are two sets of shortcut keys with the same function.
One is Ctrl+Space; the other is Ctrl+Shift+Z. The former group is invalid for Chinese Windows users.
Ctrl+Space is a shortcut key for switching between Chinese and English input methods in Chinese Windows. So, we can choose to use Ctrl + Shift + Z to complete this work.
